Main Responsibilities include:
  • Understand the products and services BIOS & CloudHPT offers
  • Collect primary data of decision makers on the phone
  • Demand generation through outbound calling
  • Prospect Identification, Qualification and Nurturing
  • Lead Management
  • Penetrate target accounts and uncover new companies/stakeholders
  • Support Account Managers with qualified sales opportunities (Occasionally)
  • Enter and manage the data into CRM system
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • 2 years of phone sales experience
  • IT sales experience as IT knowledge is required
  • no jumping jobs
