JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Making intuitive decisions towards successful implementation of campaigns
Would be responsible for flawless execution of campaigns
Maintaining and analyzing reports of discussions and call history
Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status
Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
Carrying on intelligent conversation with the customer for information dissemination/collection as appropriate
Work on b2b campaigns primarily
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Preferably a graduate from any stream/ undergraduate also welcome.
Good English communication skills.
Knowledge of excel must
Prompt and quick turnaround capability.
Smart and pleasing personality.
A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
