Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making intuitive decisions towards successful implementation of campaigns
- Would be responsible for flawless execution of campaigns
- Maintaining and analyzing reports of discussions and call history
- Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status
- Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
- Carrying on intelligent conversation with the customer for information dissemination/collection as appropriate
- Work on b2b campaigns primarily
- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Preferably a graduate from any stream/ undergraduate also welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of excel must
- Prompt and quick turnaround capability.
- Smart and pleasing personality.
- A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
