Job Description
Job Summary
- Generate leads using various communication methods such as Tele calling, Email Campaign, Follow-ups.
- Candidates need to do data research to identify potential prospects and build your required database.
- Need to take care of database consolidation, continuous improvement of database quality.
- Perform product/service based research to identify client’s challenges and pain areas.
- Build long term relationships with the prospect and conduct follow-up or take care of further communications.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
- Lead Generation Experience, especially for Enterprise Solutions like ERP, Business Analytics, Transport Management System, HRMS, or any relevant solution leads is preferred.
- Proven track records.
- The existing network in the manufacturing industry is preferred especially in Western India.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to have excellent and proactive communication.
- Languages Known: - English / Hindi / Marathi
- Strong individual contributor.
Benefits
- 15 - 30% Hike on existing salary. (Hike on current take-home salary)
- Incentives / Commission will be based on sales target achievement as mutually discussed.
- Expenses will be taken care of by the organization as follows:
- Travel within the city – Petrol allowance will be paid (Per KM bases)
- Travel out of the city – Food + Travel + Accommodation (If Required) will be taken care of by the organization.
- The accidental policy of 1 lakh rupees will be provided by the company after the initial 3 months prohibition period.
- Yearly Bonus - 1 Month Basic Salary will be provided to each candidate every year if they perform well. This additional incentive is purely based on the candidate’s performance and completion of one (1) year within the organization.
Office Timings:
- We work 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday) only.
- Sunday off.
