Job Description
Job Summary
- We are looking for dynamic, energetic agents who are confident that they can succeed in business-to-business lead generation work (talking to clients on phone – business relations).
- They must possess strong people and organizational skills, as well as basic computer skills. Should also be able to balance multiple tasks at once and not allow things to fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage with clients that we get in contact with confidence in their ability to generate leads from the data provided
- Ability to overcome prospects objections
- Results and deadline driven
- Effective problem solving skills
- Possess the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Willing to work in Night Shifts
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Reaching the target of 3 qualified leads per day. Gradually increasing it to 4-5 per day.
- Minimum conversion of 15 qualified leads per week.
- Uncapped incentives
