Job Description
• Provide detailed information about seminar schedules and career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research and Prospecting:

Conduct market research to identify new potential leads, clients, and business opportunities.

Use various tools (CRM, databases, social media, online forums) to source leads and gather information about prospective clients.

Identify decision-makers within target organizations, including executives, managers, and other relevant personnel.
2. Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads through initial research, calls, or emails to ensure they are suitable for the company’s offerings.

Assess prospects' needs and determine whether they align with the products or services provided by the company.

Prioritize leads based on criteria such as potential revenue, fit with company offerings, and readiness to engage.
3. Cold Calling and Outreach:

Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate discussions about the company’s products or services.

Set up meetings, demos, or calls with sales representatives for further discussion or sales presentations.

Maintain a consistent outreach schedule and follow-up strategy to nurture leads until they are ready for the sales team.
4. Lead Data Management:

Input all lead information into the CRM system to track communication history and follow-up activities.

Regularly update lead status, ensuring that all records are accurate and complete.

Maintain and manage lead lists to ensure no opportunities are lost and that follow-ups are made in a timely manner.
5. Collaboration with Sales Team:

7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
