Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our BPO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. The goal is to meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
2. Prospecting: Research and prospect potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
3. Data Entry: Accurately enter lead data into our CRM system.
4. Follow-up: Follow up with leads to determine interest and qualify them for further sales efforts.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
6. Reporting: Provide regular reporting on lead generation activities and results.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
