Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and business development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and qualify potential customers (leads) for our products or services through various online and offline channels. This position plays a vital role in fueling the sales pipeline and helping the organization grow its customer base and revenue.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, target-oriented, and capable of handling high volumes of prospecting activities. Prior experience in B2B or B2C lead generation is a plus, but freshers with strong communication and research skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification and Research

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers or target audiences.

Understand customer demographics, behaviors, and industry segments.

Use tools like LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and databases to build lead lists.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to target the right profiles.
2. Outreach and Prospecting

Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn messages, and other communication platforms.

Explain the company’s products/services and value proposition clearly and effectively.

Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and qualify leads based on interest and fit.

Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team for qualified leads.
3. Database Management

Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools with accurate information.

Track lead status, communication history, and response outcomes.

Ensure that no lead goes unattended and all records are kept organized.

Clean and verify data regularly to ensure the quality of lead information.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Generate and share reports on lead quality, conversion rate, and outreach activities.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts.

Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements in targeting or messaging.
5. Marketing Support

Assist in running email campaigns and follow-ups.

Support digital marketing efforts with lead segmentation and targeting lists.

Provide data for ad campaigns or remarketing efforts when required.

Attend webinars, trade shows, or events to collect leads if part of the role.
