Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification and Research:

Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential customers and business opportunities across industries.

Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, business directories, company websites, and social media to gather lead data.

Maintain and update a database of qualified leads and potential clients.

Segment leads based on relevant business criteria including industry, size, location, and needs.
2. Outbound Communication and Engagement:

Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, emailing, messaging, and social media outreach.

Follow-up with prospects via email or phone to understand their needs and introduce the company’s products or services.

Tailor communication to resonate with different buyer personas.

Schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales team with qualified prospects.
3. Campaign Support and Execution:

Support marketing and sales campaigns by generating target lead lists and executing outreach efforts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.

Track performance metrics of lead generation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
4. CRM and Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Ensure all data entered is clean, valid, and categorized properly for easy tracking.

Generate reports on lead activity and conversion metrics for management review.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
