Job Description:
We are hiring Lead Generation Executive for ICICI Bank's Credit Card and personal Loan processes. This is an outbound calling role in which you will generate potential leads and assist customers with product information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum HSC (12th pass) qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers & Experienced both are welcome.
- Male/Female can apply.
- Age: 18 years and above.
Skills Required:
- Basic/Average/Good/Excellent English communication skills.
- Good convincing & negotiation skills.
- Confidence to handle customer queries and objections.
- Target-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls and Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for ICICI Bank’s Credit Card and Personal Loan offerings.

Conduct cold calling, and identify prospects who meet the bank’s criteria for credit card and loan products.

Understand the needs and preferences of potential customers by asking relevant questions and listening carefully.

Qualify leads and capture necessary data to facilitate follow-up calls or sales appointments.

Work towards meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets set by the team.
2. Sales and Product Presentation:

Introduce ICICI Bank’s products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans) and explain the benefits and features.
-
Use a consultative sales approach to understand the customer’s financial requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Persuade customers to consider ICICI Bank’s offerings and generate interest in applying for a credit card or personal loan.

Encourage and schedule appointments for interested customers with the sales team for further discussions.
3. Lead Qualification and Data Management:

Ensure all leads are accurately qualified by obtaining essential customer information, including financial background, employment details, and loan/credit card eligibility.

Update customer details and lead status in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accurately and promptly.

Maintain high-quality lead records and documentation to ensure follow-up opportunities are properly tracked.

Ensure that potential leads are moved through the sales funnel effectively, leading to successful conversions.
4. Customer Follow-Up:

Follow up with leads that have been generated during initial calls and guide them through the process of application.

Provide necessary information and updates to potential customers about their loan or credit card application status.

Address customer queries or concerns related to ICICI Bank’s products and services promptly.

Build relationships with potential customers and maintain consistent follow-up to increase the likelihood of conversion.
5. Meeting Sales Targets:

Strive to meet or exceed personal and team targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions.

Stay updated with the latest bank offerings, product changes, and marketing campaigns to ensure that all information provided to the customers is accurate.

Proactively identify and work on new strategies to improve lead generation performance and conversion rates.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and sales processes.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity, lead generation numbers, and conversion metrics.

Record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system for efficient follow-ups.

Track and report on lead status and conversion rates to management and team leads regularly.

Maintain documentation of calls and customer interactions to ensure data integrity.
7. Customer Relationship Management:

Build trust with potential customers by delivering accurate and transparent information.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing solutions as needed.

Handle customer objections or hesitations in a positive and persuasive manner, with the goal of converting them into qualified leads.
8. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Follow all guidelines, compliance regulations, and quality standards set by ICICI Bank during all interactions with customers.

Ensure adherence to banking policies regarding the verification of customer information and application procedures.

Handle sensitive financial data responsibly and in compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
