Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our admissions and marketing team at our education institute. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads (students, parents, or working professionals) interested in enrolling in our academic programs. This role involves telecalling, digital follow-ups, nurturing leads, and working with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a keen interest in the education sector. This role is essential in connecting potential students with our offerings and supporting them through their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation

Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and digital platforms.

Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and readiness to enroll.

Maintain an organized database of leads and their status using CRM software or spreadsheets.
2. Telecalling and Follow-Up

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents to introduce the institute’s courses and programs.

Counsel and guide students on various educational offerings based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

Conduct timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into walk-ins or enrollments.

Handle inbound calls and queries related to admissions or course details.
3. Campaign Support

Assist the marketing team in executing and tracking outreach campaigns.

Support digital campaigns by reaching out to leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, or third-party portals.

Participate in lead nurturing activities such as webinars, orientation calls, and information sessions.
4. Reporting and Coordination

Share daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion reports with management.

Work closely with the admissions, marketing, and counseling teams to ensure lead progression.

Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest ways to improve lead acquisition.
5. Data Management

Accurately record call outcomes, lead information, and next steps in CRM or Excel files.

Ensure timely updating and cleaning of lead databases to avoid duplication or stale leads.

Protect the confidentiality of student and lead data in compliance with data protection policies.
