Job Opportunity: Lead Generation Executive – Middle East BFSI Focus (0-2 Years Exp | Female Candidates Preferred) – Hyderabad

About Innoira Technologies Consulting Pvt Ltd. Innoira Technologies is a next-generation AI Agentic Process Automation company delivering autonomous, intelligent workflows powered by the latest agentic AI and generative AI frameworks.

Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Lead Generation Executive (Female candidates preferred) to fuel our Middle East BFSI sales pipeline. Based full-time in Hyderabad, you will proactively hunt and qualify high-potential leads across banks, insurance companies, and fintechs in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and build a steady pipeline of new-logo opportunities in the Middle East.
  • Proactively prospect C-level and senior decision-makers (Heads of Digital, Innovation, Operations, Transformation, IT, and Automation) using LinkedIn, email sequences, and other tools
  • Run high-volume, highly personalized outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + cold email + occasional calls) tailored to GCC.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings/workshops for the sales/pre-sales team
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), meetings booked, and pipeline value generated
  • Stay updated on regional trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years of proven B2B lead generation / inside sales / SDR / BDR experience in IT services, RPA, AI, or SaaS
  • Mandatory experience generating leads in the Middle East BFSI market
  • Fluent English and outstanding written and verbal professional communication.
  • Expert-level LinkedIn prospecting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree - Any Stream.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, 100% on-site at our Hyderabad office
  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
