Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
We are looking for experienced and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team for US-based BANT campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international voice processes and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects.

Execute BANT-qualified campaigns (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

Engage and qualify leads based on defined campaign criteria.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international voice process (preferably U.S. campaigns).

Proven experience with BANT-based lead generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Ability to work in a night shift (9:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
