Lead Generation Executive
Job Description
Responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings.
1. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
2. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
3. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
4. Seek and provide information to help sales team in understanding the companies determine their position in the marketplace.
5. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
6. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Minimum years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or telemarketing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

Confidence in engaging with C-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, etc., is a plus.

Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
