Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification & Prospecting:

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers using online tools such as LinkedIn, business directories, and industry databases.

Build and maintain a high-quality lead database by gathering contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles.

Segment leads based on geographic, demographic, and business factors for effective targeting.
2. Outbound Communication:

Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp messages, and social selling.

Follow scripts or structured templates while being able to personalize messaging based on the prospect’s needs.

Educate prospects on company offerings and identify potential fit or interest.
3. Qualifying Leads:

Engage in meaningful conversations to assess the prospect’s requirements, budget, purchase timeline, and decision-making authority.

Use predefined qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) or CHAMP to qualify leads.

Mark leads as hot, warm, or cold and hand them over to the appropriate sales team members or nurture them further.
4. Lead Nurturing:

Follow up with leads via phone or email on a scheduled basis to keep them engaged.

Send case studies, product brochures, whitepapers, or relevant content to build interest.

Keep detailed notes of conversations and updates in the CRM or lead management system.
5. Database Management:

Maintain an accurate and updated record of all leads, call logs, email communications, and scheduled meetings in the company’s CRM.

Clean, deduplicate, and verify data regularly to ensure high-quality lead records.

Use CRM features to set reminders, track conversions, and manage the pipeline efficiently.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns or seasonal offers.

Participate in regular meetings and share feedback from lead conversations to help refine sales messaging.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on outreach activity, lead count, and conversion rates.
7. Event and Campaign Follow-up:

Support post-event lead follow-up activities for webinars, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

Reach out to attendees or participants and qualify their interest in further discussions.
