Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to help us expand our customer base and grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and initiating contact via phone calls, emails, or digital campaigns.
This role requires excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital platforms, and a self-motivated attitude toward achieving targets. The Lead Generation Executive plays a critical part in the early stages of the sales funnel, setting the foundation for successful client acquisition.
- Manage outbound calls. Telling them about our services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Pass on the lead to the next call with Sales person
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
