Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and generating business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads.

Identify and qualify potential customers based on business requirements.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.

Follow up on leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain professional and positive communication with prospects.

Handle objections and provide necessary information about products/services.

Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Hindi English regional language(s)].

Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and emails.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems (preferred).

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus.
