Lead Generation ExecutiveAbout the Role:
● Conducts research for the target market and strategies for lead generation ContinuouslySearch for the right people and businesses and set up the connections through outbound marketing.
● Responsible for reaching out to prospects through different types of communication. Works with leads generated by the business’s other activities such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and customer referrals and helps generate new ones.
● Responsible for qualifying leads. Create a marketing list of leads for the sales team. Create an organized and accurate list of information from prospects.
● This is a high impact and high visibility role. Strategically placed as part of the Marketing team, to cover the last mile on prospect Accounts to get them on a Discovery call with us
● Confidence in interacting with decision-makers and articulating what would matter to them
● Generate demand through outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold call
● Creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified Discovery calls for the Sales team to win new business
● Overcome Prospecting rejections and challenges to achieve the Discovery call quota
● Excellent communication skills in Cold Calling For maintaining a conversation and building rapport with a customer.
● Good writing skills.
● Lead Generation has different methods and different outcomes and so analytical skills are necessary for problem-solving and gathering of information.
● Sales skills.
● A self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment
● 0-2 years of total work experience
● Previous LGS/Sr LGS experience in a SaaS organization could be a great + but not mandatory
● Willingness to work US hours ( 6 pm IST to 3 am IST)
● Good oral and written communication skills
● Team player, and open to feedback
