The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing prospective customers through effective online research, social media outreach, and targeted communication. Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Lead Generation

Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to identify potential customers based on industry, location, and target market criteria.

Join relevant groups, forums, and communities to find business leads and promote the company’s services/products subtly and professionally.

2. Prospect Research & Database Building

Conduct detailed online research to gather information on target companies, decision-makers, and market trends.

Build and maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prospects using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Segment leads based on qualification criteria such as buying potential, budget, and decision-making authority.
3. Outreach & Communication

Draft professional, grammatically correct, and engaging messages/emails for prospecting.
