About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and Identify Prospective Clients: Utilize various sources to identify branded corporate entities across different industries that may have manpower requirements
2. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and create a pipeline of potential clients interested in recruitment services
3. Initial Contact and Relationship Building: Initiate communication with potential clients to introduce the recruitment consultancy's services and establish a relationship
Requirements:
1. Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and understand their needs
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with corporate clients
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve lead-generation targets
