Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team as a Lead Generation/Sourcing Intern. This individual will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates for our company, using various online tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential candidates using various online tools and platforms

• Reach out to potential candidates and engage with them to build relationships and assess their fit for our company

• Create and maintain a database of potential candidates, including contact information and notes on interactions

• Analyze data and create reports on candidate sourcing and engagement efforts

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and prioritize sourcing needs

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Excel and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to create crisp reports

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the field

• This is a paid internship with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
