Job Description
WeAssemble is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist at its Prabhadevi, Mumbai office. This full-time onsite role in the IT services industry (Staff Augmentation & Outsourcing) offers a virtual interview process and a competitive salary of ₹25,000–₹40,000/month depending on experience. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends off. Applicants must be aged 21–40, have completed at least 12th grade, and possess a minimum of 1 year of lead generation experience—preferably targeting international IT markets. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong English communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include sourcing quality leads via research, cold calls, emails, and social media; engaging global prospects; collaborating with sales and marketing; managing CRM records; meeting lead targets; and gaining deep market insights.
