Job Description
Summary:
The Learning Consultant is accountable for successfully executing a defined consulting engagement with a customer. The nature of consulting engagement may be Curriculum Design or Portfolio Transformation, Strategic Training Assessment or Opportunity Assessment, needs assessment, and/or general learning consulting to better understand customer requirements and how Simplilearn can bring value to customer.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to high volumes of inbound customer queries over calls/ emails promptly; domestic & overseas customers
- Work on reports & concurrently update client records
- Resolve product related issues by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLAs
- Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined quality norms
Requirements:
- Experience of 0 - 3 years in voice or non-voice process
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a flair for problem solving
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team
- Experience from e-learning/ e-Commerce industry will be an added advantage
