Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for Lead Recruiter. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and Team lead role, develop functional recruiting strategies, conduct market research and analysis, and create candidate pipelines using various sourcing techniques.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required (Full-Time Only- Correspondence not acceptable).
- 5-10 years of experience in recruiting and HR Consulting (Should be 5+ yrs exp. into HR Consulting domain).
- Prior experience in BFSI Team lead/ Account Manager Role, which is mandatory to apply,
- Having experience of 5-10 recruiters team.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with clients and business partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client hiring's simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and HR technology including Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Salary:- Competitive Salary Range (Max 7 LPA).
