Job Description:
- Reporting to the Learning and Development Project Manager, this role facilitates training and accreditation and warrants the overall quality of products and services at Leadership Tribe.
- The primary purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day coordination in operational processes, whilst being the key point of contact for clients requiring advice and support on all training queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the training calendar and process run book, schedule training and sending invites and manage correspondence with participants;
- Working closely with trainers and marketing team to coordinate, collate and proof-read promotional and training materials;
- Issue pre-course and post-course information to delegates (e.g. joining instructions / post course evaluations);
- Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure appropriate venues, equipment and beverages are arranged and set up for all training courses;
- Help analyzing program's effectiveness, and make suggestions to improve processes;
- Facilitate the payment and invoicing processes for clients;
- Schedule and coordinate webinars, communicate with all stakeholders to ensure sessions are carried out effectively, report on attendance and log evaluation results;
- Respond to client queries on course information and company processes and policies;
- Assist in managing and engaging the growing team of trainers and other stakeholders.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across geographical locations;
- Able to develop relationship with industry partners, and translate recommendations and requirements to viable and relevant training programs;
- Great attention to detail and accuracy, able to evaluate and improve standards, experience in quality assurance / compliance roles preferable;
- Delivery focused and working to targets and deadlines, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload;
- Take initiative and ownership in implementing tasks, able to accommodate last-minute changes and deal with unexpected situations;
- Able to apply critical-thinking in daily work, assess and advise on improving the design and development of operational processes and training programs;
- Attend and contribute to team meetings for the dissemination of information and sharing good practise;
- Proficient Microsoft skills;
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree;
- Experience in L&D preferable and a strong desire to learn and progress with the company;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion.
