Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To support the delivery of learning and development strategy to drive business improvement and enable DSC to nurture our talent to achieve business objectives & personal development.
2. To co-ordinate all the trainings across the country.
3. To support the L&D HOD to shape and drive talent development and Rewards & Recognition initiatives across the country in support of the current and long-term business objectives and business growth.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to deliver training programs.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers.
6. Utilize data-driven methods to track employee performance and training progress.
7. Provide support to managers and staff on training issues and career development.
