Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on facilitating internal training sessions (soft skills) for employees at the junior level utilizing different training methodologies and techniques
2. Manage and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants
3. Effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR business partners, and subject matter experts, to identify learning needs, align training initiatives with business objectives, and ensure buy-in and support for learning programs
