Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement learning and development programs at a unit level
2. Provide training as planned in the form of classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
3. Conduct performance evaluations
4. Provide performance feedback
5. Monitor and review progress of training programs
6. Monitor and access progress of trainee on the floor and recommend for re-training
7. Help the line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
8. Maintain reports for all L&D activities: implementation, performance evaluation, etc.
9. Provide any other assistance to L1
