Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Legal Advice:
Provide legal counsel on various matters, including contract negotiations, compliance with regulations, and potential litigation.
· Drafting and Review:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies, to protect the company's interests.
· Compliance:
Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to renewable energy, environmental protection, and business operations.
· Legal Research and Analysis:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and legal strategies.
· Policy Development:
Assist in developing and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
· Litigation Support:
Provide support in legal cases, including preparing for litigation, conducting legal research, and working with litigation counsel.
· Liaison with External Parties:
Communicate with external parties, such as regulatory agencies, attorneys, and clients, on legal matters.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Indian law across civil, corporate, labor, tax, and criminal matters.
