Job Description
- The candidate would be required to handle both basic corporate and litigation matters.
- Assist in doing corporate compliance & legal documentation work.
- Drafting of Corporate Commercial Agreements.
- Independently handling Legal Due Diligence.
- Handling HR & Labour Law Matters
- Independently handling matters relating to IPR
