Job Description

Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Legal Compliance: Monitor changes in legislation, ensure internal compliance with corporate and labor laws, and assist in maintaining statutory registers and filings.
Research & Documentation: Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs, and organize legal documents for ongoing litigation or transactional matters.
Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in the preparation of legal notices, handle correspondence, and support senior legal counsel during court or tribunal proceedings. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
