Job Description
Work experience in SAP Concur tool Reviewing all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure. Verifying and Auditing the Travel Expenses Reports.
· Policy & Compliance program development: Assist in developing, maintaining the company's FCPA compliance program. This includes policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure compliance with FCPA regulations.
· Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on FCPA compliance policies and procedures related to travel and expenses. And emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct.
· Expense Monitoring & Auditing: Review and audit travel and expense reports to identify, address any potential compliance issues, US trade sanctions laws and regulations & assess the effectiveness of compliance measures. Additionally, performing audit on government officials and state-owned businesses to find any non-compliance.
