- Conducting title due diligences of various properties.
- Obtaining documents from various authorities;
- Handling registration along with calculation of stamp duty & registration frees
- Acquisition Experience for all lands
- Drafting & conveyancing such as sale / agreement of sales / power of attorney etc,
- Experience in providing legal opinion for projects and responding to client queries
- Experience in Liasoning for land conversions and other statutory authorities
