LEGAL OFFICER Job in Nucleus Premium Properties Pvt Ltd at Kochi

• Thorough Experience in Agreements/legal document preparation and proven ability to produce an accurate and thorough product.
• Provide word processing and/or document production services.
• Document clean up, conversion, and revisions of complex legal documents and Agreements.
• Preparing Project reports in MS-Word document, creating Dashboards in MS-Excel, developing / designing visually compelling Presentations in MS-PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information and maintain professional composure when working with critical and immediate deadlines.
• Provide transcription and dictation services.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience providing document services (word processing) in a large to medium size Construction Industry or Law firm.
• Must be flexible and able to handle changing priorities to support business needs and demands.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed/requested.
• communicates with attorneys and vendors to bill and invoice clients in many law firms.
