Are You the 'Khalnayak' of Data and the 'Kavi' of Policy?
We aren’t looking for a traditional academic. We want a Policy Architect who understands that a well-placed data point in the Assembly is worth more than a thousand-page report.

Your DNA:
Political Pulse: You know the difference between a Revenue Deficit and a Political Deficit. You understand the nuances of Karnataka’s socio-political dynamics.
Analytical Sniper: You can look at a 500-page CAG report or an RBI bulletin and find the one number that changes the narrative.
Storyteller: You write with impact. You don’t just 'state facts'; you build cases that resonate with leaders and the public.
AI-Native: You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, AI PPT builders) to create stunning, high-impact visuals and decks in record time.
Kannada Fluency: You can read a government gazette in Kannada and translate its impact into English (and vice-versa) without losing the 'soul' of the message.

Location: Anywhere (Remote/Online). We care about your output, not your desk. Preferably in Karnataka
Experience: Peferably looking at 0-2 years of experience.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree that taught you how to think, not just what to remember.
