Lender Outreach Trainee (Internship) Jobs Opening in Special Situation Advisors India Private Limited at Thane, Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound calling
Initiate outbound calls to various categories of lenders and introduce our organization briefing our services which will help in establishing initial connect
Reach out to existing and potential lenders to present our product and service
offering
Sending Introductory Emails using already available Standard Email Formats
Effectively communicate the purpose of the call and create interest in potential
collaborations
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings to offer
accurate information to customers and potential clients
2. Information Gathering
Collect and maintain a track record of the feedback post the calling sessions
Maintain accurate records of database which includes the contact details of the
lenders
3. Feedback and Reporting
Provide regular feedback to the team with the MIS tracker
Generate reports on calling activities, outcomes and trends to inform strategic decision making
Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls
Requirements:
1. Completed graduation in the field of Commerce
2. Previous experience in outbound calling, financial services, or related fields is
advantageous.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) with ability to convey
information clearly
4. Proactive and self-motivated.
5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
