Lender Relationship Conversion Specialist Jobs Opening in Special Situation Advisors India Private Limited at Thane, Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying the existing relationships within the lender network and convert these relationships into mandates
2. Analysing legal information to support and develop strategic plan for converting an existing relationship to a seller mandate and the NPA portfolio with respect to NCLT, IBBI, DRT and SARFAESI
3. Collaborating with the bank officials with the necessary legal due diligence of the NPA portfolio, arrangement of data room, query resolution, etc.
4. Assisting the seniors in meetings with the legal heads/recovery department to present business proposals and ensure ongoing communication to foster long-term partnerships until obtaining the mandates
5. Identifying areas where our organization can contribute expertise and add value within the framework of RBI regulations and compliances, particularly in offering financial advisory services related to the sale of stressed loans.
6. Collecting relevant information from IBBI, Insolvency professional's website and getting the Non Disclosure Agreement executed between our organization and the lender
7. Assess and interpret financial statements, ratio analysis, credit assessment and other relevant information
8. Collaborating with internal team to create compelling proposals tailored to needs of each lender and provide suggestions relating to NCLT, IBBI, etc.
9. Finalising deals by obtaining formal commitments and agreements from lenders
