Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Liaison Head role located in Bhubaneswar. As the Liaison Head, you'll be responsible for facilitating communication between our clients and various departments within the company. Your responsibilities will include arranging and attending meetings, maintaining a record of correspondence, and overseeing project timelines to ensure timely delivery. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Any Degree

Age 30 to 50 years

At least 3 to 5 years of  experience in government liaison and compliance, with a focus on real estate development, construction, or infrastructure.

Strong understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and government agencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Thorough understanding of all relevant government regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Studying and interpretation of statutory documents related to land & new Real Estate Project proposals, for understanding issues related to title, ownership, zone, boundaries, access, sale & purchase documentation, demarcation, reservation and such other documents that will envisage purchase of potential land packages.

Understanding interpreting bye-laws of sanctioning authorities of real estate projects and due diligence towards completion etc.

Shall be adept at independently liaisoning with BMC, BDA, PWD & other relevant sanction authorities for new real estate projects.

Shall be computer literate

Applicants shall be adept with reading & writing statutory documents in Oriya & English.
