Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) invites application for the position Library and Information Assistant

No of Post: 03

Pay Level (as per 7 CPC): Pay Level 06 [PB-2 & GP Rs 4200], PB -2 (Rs.9,300 - 34,800/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-

Educational Qualification: First Class Bachelors Degree in Science /Arts/ Commerce from recognized University /lnstitute and Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science.

Desirable : Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking, PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Classification: Group B

Age Limit: Upper age limit: 30 years

Application Fees: Applicants belonging to UR, EWS, OBC (Non-creamy layer) category shall be required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only). The SC, ST, PwD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of processing fees.
