Job Summary:
As a Life Insurance Advisor – Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to explain, promote, and sell life and health insurance products to potential customers. You will provide accurate information about policy features, assess customer needs, and help them choose the most suitable insurance plans. The role also includes following up with interested prospects, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience.
This is a voice-based sales and advisory role that requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calling:
Handle calls to and from prospective and existing customers to promote life and health insurance products. -
Customer Needs Analysis:
Understand customer needs and financial background through structured conversations to recommend appropriate insurance plans. -
Product Explanation:
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, eligibility criteria, premium structure, and terms and conditions. -
Sales Closure:
Persuade customers to purchase policies by building trust, overcoming objections, and ensuring all questions are answered. -
Follow-up:
Call back customers who have shown interest or need more time to decide. Manage lead pipelines and ensure timely conversions. -
Documentation & Compliance:
Guide customers through the application and documentation process, ensuring adherence to company policies and insurance regulations. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone with customers, providing a positive and personalized experience. -
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed individual and team-based targets related to policy sales, renewals, and client onboarding. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with team leads, QA, and training teams to improve pitch quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
