Trainer – Life & Learning
Gurukul, Delhi
Team | Role | Responsibilities :
- The Gurukul Team is the engine responsible for implementing The/Nudge's flagship poverty alleviation program 'Program in Life Management' across its Gurukuls.
- As the Life & Learning trainer, you will play a key role in being the support system to our students at the Gurukul and empower them to achieve their potential. This position will directly report to the Principal at the Gurukul.
What will you be doing at The/Nudge :
- Train students on Life Skills/ English/ Numeracy/ Computer Literacy.
- Be responsible for periodic assessments and timely delivery of the course.
- Counsel students and work closely to build a strong student-mentor relationship.
- Work closely with the Gurukul team to deliver better learning outcomes.

- Someone who enjoys teaching or training young adults.
- Having prior experience in Skill development sector (preferable).
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Having Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A graduate in any discipline.

- Salary range: 22000 - 26000 per month
- Breakfast & lunch provided @ the facility
- Workdays: 6 days/week
- Location: Uttam Nagar / Pulpehladpur
