Liferay Developer 4-6 Years Hyderabad
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
5-7 years of progressive experience in Liferay Portal 7.1, 7.2 Liferay DXP Java JSP JS JSR Portlet API Spring OSGi Hibernate Service Builder Alloy UI Velocity.
Experience in customizing Liferay out of box portlets.
Experience in Liferay MVC Portlets Spring MVC portlets JSR 286 Portlet depending on the requirement.
Development experience in Liferay themes using the UI technologies like CSS JS Ajax jQuery Bootstrap Alloy UI
Experience in integration with other systems LDAP SSO Google Analytics Solr Elastic Search Administrative and Deployment skills of Liferay DXP Liferay 7.2
Integrating Portal with different third party applications using Web services REST API
Involved in Sprint Planning meeting Daily Status update calls and Analysis on User Requirements Liferay Certification would be preferred Templates AJAX
JSON JQuery Bootstrap LDAP Tomcat or any application server MS SQL MongoDB
Working knowledge with Java Design Patterns Experience on multichannel Portal solution project implementation design experience
Hands-on Experience with Java Web Services Spring RESTful services Proven Ability to design and architect Liferay applications
Should have prior experience with the agile model of software development Knowledge on jQuery AlloyUI framework Sound knowledge in Liferay Web Content Management system including workflow management tools integration
Should be able to guide and set up authoring rendering and content elevation process Experience is Code quality control using tools like BitBucket SonarQube
Hands-on experience with different build environment and software configuration management tools like Maven Gradle Jenkins SVN Github etc
Should be conversant with frameworks for Responsive Web Design like Bootstrap Experience on Portal Integration with Middleware and other products using REST Web Services or API platforms
Experience with LDAP authentication Experience using Java with Oracle Database Strong understanding of Java security technology Ability to write clean readable code Ability to reverse engineer code Establish and promote
design guidelines best practices and standards Internal and External Quality Analysis for self and peer code Process-driven and strong analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation Plus In-depth knowledge of Linux MySQL SQL Server and Oracle Experience with Agile Responsibilities include Working with a cross-functional team to build new core applications and migrate existing code base to newer frameworks
Technical design and development of software components using core Java Liferay Spring Boot
Understanding and converting user requirements into high-quality functional solutions with involvement in the full life cycle of the project Performing performance tuning testing on application code
Design-build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code Participate in regular stand-ups and other team meetings and take an experienced approach to develop SaaS on-prem and virtualized applications
Compliance with all Corporate IT policies and procedures Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems Write comprehensive automated tests Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design
