Manufacturing Plant – A leading provider of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) in India, is looking for Line executive to join our production team. We manufacture top-quality products like washing machines, coolers, ACs, and TVs for leading Indian and global brands.

Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (near Pune)

Eligibility: ITI, Diploma, BE/B.Tech, or Any Qualification

Salary : Ctc -21390 (713 Per day ctc )                             

16680 In-hand (556 Per day in hand ) + ₹3,000 Bonus + PF + ESIC

( Special bonus -150 rupees per day )

Working hrs - 12 hrs

Night allowance - 60 per hrs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Line Monitoring and Supervision:

• Oversee the production line operations, ensuring that assembly processes are completed according to plan.

• Monitor the flow of products along the line to ensure that production targets and timelines are met.

• Ensure smooth transitions between different stages of production, coordinating with team members to prevent delays.

• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to operators and technicians on the line when necessary.

• Identify and resolve minor operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

2. Quality Control and Product Inspection:

• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure that the manufactured products (washing machines, coolers, ACs, and TVs) meet the quality standards.

• Verify that components are correctly assembled and that products are free from defects.

• Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies, ensuring that corrective actions are taken immediately.

• Perform testing on certain products to ensure they are functional and meet the company's specifications.

• Implement quality checks at different stages of production to prevent defective products from advancing through the line.

3. Adherence to Safety Protocols:

• Ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are strictly followed on the production line.

• Monitor the work area to ensure a safe environment, including checking the condition of machines, tools, and equipment.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure that employees are using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety procedures.

• Report any safety hazards or violations immediately to the safety officer or line supervisor.

4. Equipment and Machinery Maintenance:

• Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the production process.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.

• Assist in preventive maintenance routines to reduce the risk of unscheduled downtime.

• Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly before production begins.

5. Production Reporting:

• Track production progress and ensure that all activities are documented accurately.

• Provide daily reports to the line supervisor or production manager, outlining production counts, defects, and any challenges encountered.

• Assist in maintaining records of materials used, machinery status, and any adjustments made to the production process.

6. Inventory and Material Management:

• Monitor the inventory of raw materials and components required for production.

• Ensure that the materials are used efficiently and avoid wastage.

• Report shortages or supply chain issues to the supervisor to ensure that production is not impacted.

• Coordinate with the material handling team to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials to the production line.

7. Team Coordination and Support:

• Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

• Provide training and support to new employees or team members on proper production techniques and safety procedures.

• Encourage a positive team atmosphere to improve performance and morale on the production line.

• Report any performance issues or concerns related to team members to the line supervisor.

8. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas of improvement in the production line and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, if applicable.

• Provide feedback and ideas during team meetings to help optimize workflows and reduce production costs.
