Job Description
- Maintain response times on support tickets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot services related issues.
- Administering and troubleshooting VPS systems like Xen etcCloud computing basics.
- IPMI / Remote rebooters/ KVM / net installDNS server Administration
- Apache Server Administration
- NIS, NFS and SAMBA administration Other required Skills Knowledge of the following Operating Systems: Centos, Fedora ,Red-hat Ubuntu etc.
- Knowledge of the following Control Panels: → Cpanel /Whm → Plesk → Solusvm Good to know → Remote Rebooters → KVM → IPMI
- Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems.
