Job Description
1. Continuous monitoring of services and resolving issues
2. Independent handling of Mail and related security incidents
3. Need to work in a 24x7 shift basis
4. Need to extend support for critical issues beyond stipulated working hours
5. Escalate issues that are beyond control immediately to L3 and relevant support teams and try to resolve the issues immediately
6. Should be working in a process enforced environment and abide to processes
Skillsets and Experience
1. Strong foundation and knowledge in Linux
2. Knowledge in Zimbra
3. Understanding of Email Security
4. Atleast 3 years of experience as an engineer and last 2 years in Linux/Zimbra related
5. Moderate to good communication skillset – Vendor communication, Interoffice communication
