Linux Support Engineer

Responsibilities：

1. According to the company's business development and planning, please independently complete the maintenance of the EMU film and television system assigned by the responsible railway bureau to ensure the normal operation of the system;

2. Identify faults on the hardware and perform on-site maintenance;

3. Signing after-sales service report.

4. Collect fault information of equipment;

5. Give the fault information of equipment back to the Engineering Department who will send it to relevant departments such as Quality Department and R&D department, which will provide an accurate reference for the company's product property improvement.

6. Properly handle the relationship with the service stations of Party A and maintain a good image of the company;

7. Provide on-site training for customers and fulfill all the specified tasks.

8. With the improvement of technological capabilities, you will gradually develop into a technical support engineer or advanced technical support engineer.

Requirements:

1. Master the basic theoretical knowledge of computer networks；

2. Understand the basic knowledge of electronic circuits；

3. Be familiar with the news and knowledge of Multimedia Audio and Video Industry；

4. Over three years experience in after-sales service or related work, can independently complete the equipment installation, commissioning, and identify the faults on hardware products and perform on-site maintenance.

5. Be good at spoken and written English;

6. Be familiar with basic computer operation and can use drawing software such as AUTOCAD, VISIO etc.;

7. Be good at language expression and communication with customers.

Contract length: 24 months
