We are hiring experienced Live Medical Scribes to support US physicians during real-time patient encounters. Responsibilities include documenting patient history, exams, lab results, and follow-up notes directly into EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.), ensuring accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and efficiency. You will assist in maintaining medical records
Eligibility: Minimum 3 years’ live scribing experience (not transcription), excellent English communication (US accent preferred), typing speed 60+ WPM, strong medical terminology knowledge, EHR proficiency, and understanding of HIPAA. Bachelor’s in health/life sciences preferred.
