Qualification: A) Have passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination (10th pass) with English as one of the subject from SSC examination Board of the State or Central Government and
(B) Possesses a Certificate of Livestock Inspector Training from any recognized University or have passed three years diploma in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry or Diploma in Animal Husbandry from any of the University established or incorporated by or under the central or state agricultural University or Veterinary University Act and recognized by the ICAR and
(C) Passed the Examination of CCC Examination determined By the State Government within the Probation Period.

promulgated Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act,2004(Guj.Act No.5 of
2004). Accordingly four Agricultural Universities have been carved out
from erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University with effect from 1st May
2004 SDAU. The Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University is
devoted for location specific agricultural research. As such the
mandate of the SDAU , Sardarkrushinagar is confined to six districts
viz., Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Patan, Sabarkantha, Banaskantha and Kutch of
North Gujarat predominantly encompassing arid and semi arid climate.
