Job Description:
1. Help in the tracking and coordination of training for both new hires and internal promotions at the
Hyderabad site, assuring the documentation is appropriate and complete.
2. Assist in trainings for associates of CONEXTS-MKS in other NGSCs from a co-ordination and LMS
documentation perspective
3. Assist in the development of new training tools and learning initiatives for CONEXTS-MKS.
4. Participates in process improvement initiatives and collects appropriate metrics and provides periodic
scheduled reports on progress against process improvement objectives.
5. Supports compliance related work with respect to documentation for all functions in
CONEXTS-MKS and co-ordinates with the Training manager and CONEXTS-MKS QA manager
for the same.
6. Assisting the Training manager and CONEXTS-MKS QA as required in supporting routine QC and QA
related activities.
