Job Description
- Responsible for overall functioning of Dispatch & Packing Plant operation in shift.
- Co-ordination with maintenance team for smooth functioning of dispatch activity & packing plant operations.
- Co-ordination with Sales & Distribution manager to meet the dispatch target.
- Having good exposure in working with JDE system in logistic module.
- Allocation of sales order among transporter as per destination.
- Generation of Pick slip & Excise invoice of Road and Rail.
- Responsible for MIS and analysis as per management’s requirement.
- Way bill generation of Inward & Outward by Road/Rail.
- Mentioned all logistics documents & papers.
- GPS tracking of valid & invalid trucks before loading.
- Tracking all trucks inside the plant by TTMS (Truck Tracking Management System.)
- Hazard & unsafe condition identification and implement safe practice for eliminating near miss & first aid case.
