Job Overview:
We are looking for a Loan Collection Executive to handle overdue payments and ensure timely recovery of loans. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation ability, and a professional approach while interacting with customers to recover outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Contact Borrowers – Call customers with overdue loans and remind them of their pending payments.
✅ Negotiate Payment Plans – Convince and assist borrowers in repaying dues through feasible payment solutions.
✅ Field Visits (If Required) – Visit customers’ addresses to collect payments and documents.
✅ Maintain Records – Update collection details in the system and report daily progress.
✅ Coordinate with the Legal Team – Assist in handling legal notices for defaulters if necessary.
✅ Achieve Collection Targets – Ensure timely recovery of outstanding loan amounts as per set goals.
✅ Ensure Compliance – Follow RBI and company policies for ethical debt collection.
